Kundalini Yoga for a Radiant You ~Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga
of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you
an experience of your soul. In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental,
physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the
domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology
precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra,
body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen
the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings
balance to the body, mind, and soul. Lana
"In Kundalini Yoga the most important
thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace
your experience. Your mind may accept the words or it may not, but your
consciousness will not accept just words."
-Yogi Bhajan,
"The kundalini experience does not mean you have gone into a deep
breathless trance and are beyond this world. … It integrates you more
fully with reality and gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that
you can act more efficiently."
~Yogi Bhajan

Meditative Yoga is a 90-minute appropriately – paced and gentle
way to guide mind and body deeper into the heart of one’s true self.
This class will prepare oneself for the week ahead by building stamina
and reducing stress. The asana practice will focus on breath work with
therapeutic movements that rejuvenate the joints and muscles of the body.
Each class will end with a 30-minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is a
systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional
relaxation, teaching us to relax consciously, increase physiological function,
reduce anxiety, relieve depression symptoms andstress. This ancient practice
is relevant and accessible to all.

Morning Vinyasa offers a gentle full body awakening. We will warm up with
light stretching and joint movement then we will move into a slow and steady
sun flow. Taking our time with each posture, allowing each student to find
their fullest expression of each pose. The body will slowly build heat until
we make a peaceful decent into total relaxation and surrender to help absorb
the subtle effects of our practice. The session setting is calm and relaxed
with a slower pace. I offer variations of each pose to suit and student,
all levels are welcome.
